Job Description

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the company, including the support and supervision of agents and administrative staff.
  • Recruit new and seasoned agents on an ongoing basis with an emphasis on retention of agents.
  • Keep apprised of changes internally, in the industry, in the market, and in available technologies.
  • Serve as a resource to assist agents with sales knowledge, transactions and necessary paperwork. Monitor sales and processing of transactions for smooth, successful closings.
  • Communicate (verbal, written and in person) professionally with company executives and team members in a way that fosters cooperation and collaboration.
  • Create a positive working environment in the office for all team members.
  • Develop an office business plan as well as each individual agent.
  • Promote and encourage a culture of learning and development.
  • Train new/existing agents and staff on company policies and procedures.
  • Managing and monitoring company resources.
  • Preparing weekly brief reports and monthly detailed reports.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Previous Sales Manager experience managing, growing and retaining a great sales team is a must.
  • Working Real Estate knowledge of contracts, disclosures and transaction management required.
  • Motivated, positive, self-starter with a focus on company/team culture.
  • Passion for coaching and supporting agents in their growth and development in the industry
  • Knowledge of the local market and extensive existing network of industry contacts preferred.
  • Continually seeks ways to recruit and retain talent as well as improve business relationships and profits.
  • Confident and comfortable keeping team members accountable for goals.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
