Job Description
- Making and creating images and imparting the concept of life in them by creating an illusion of movement.
- Should perform the duties of designing both 2D and 3D images
- Along with the creation of images, he needs to accomplish the duty of setting appropriate sound and light.
- Executing animated images essentially on a video, film strips or gaming system so as to make it functional.
- Making adequate corrections on the already existing motion graphics so as to improve the quality of visual medium on a video, game or film.
- Designing visual effects according to the need or demand of the viewers or gamers.
- Developing new methods for making special effects on the motion graphics.
Job Requirements
- Strong foundation knowledge of layout, color, icons, typography, proportion, and superb skills at applying all into movement.
- Skillful in 2D animation using after effects
- Skillful in photo manipulation
- Light experience in 3d design
- Light experience creating character animations
- Ability to think conceptually and create fresh video solutions
- Strong ability to create custom graphic assets in Illustrator, After Effects, and Sketch
- Experience designing product videos for marketing
- Experience working in the technology software space
- Ability to storyboard, craft scripts, and articulate video vision
- Must be able to manage own time effectively
- Willingness to ask for feedback and improve on your creative even when it means starting over
- Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field
- 2+ years of experience as a motion graphics designer / animator, preferably in the technology space
