We are seeking for Technical Operation Specialist , to join our fast growing company who can work in professional and friendly environment :-
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and support our production system
- Play role as focal point between Customer care team and technical team
- Test new application's release before lunching for production
- Monitor application and DB servers, and escalate the requests when needed.
- Generate reports using SQL
Job Requirements
- 0-1 Years of experience
- Good Experience of SQL / Oracle is PLUS
- Experience / good knowledge of Linux system is PLUS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to learn new skills
- Work under stress
- Work in shifts and can manage on-call requests
- Ability to work 24/7 in shifts rotations
