Company Description:

  • One of the largest office stationery manufacturer in China.
  • We mainly manufacture office stationery such as file & folders, Stapler & Punch, Calculator, Cutters & Scissors, Adhesive products, whiteboard, office machines etc.
  • Has more than 100 branches in China, and 7 overseas branches in Japan, American, India, Indonesia, Poland, Moscow, and DUBAI.
  • Products present in more than 5000 distributors and 50,000 Retailers in the world.

Job Responsibilities:

The residential business development executive is of the our staff who base in company strategy market and working closely with company key partner in terms of sales, product development, marketing and branding, in order to provide support efficient and effectively.

The responsibilities can be divided into 4 parts including:

Sales

  • Work with distributor to finalize the annual target and business development plan for different region and channels.
  • Discuss and renew the distributor agreement.
  • Discuss and finalize the BTS order/regular orders.
  • Define the price strategy for key categories and key items.
  • Visit market with distributor sales team on weekly basis to ensure proper distribution and products availability.
  • Tracking distribution and sales performance on weekly basis with distributor.
  • Tapping new channels.
  • Building quarterly forecast.

Products:

  • Market research including competition, consumer demand and market trend.
  • Summarize above feedback as product development project and follow on the execution.
  • Working on the product adaption including design, packing and quality to Egypt market.
  • Regular product training to the sales team.
  • New product training and launch plan.
  • Analysis the product performance on SKU wise including moving and contribution.
  • Analysis the stock status and liquidate the age stock quarterly.

Promotion:

  • Discuss with distributor to finalize the annual promotion plan and budget
  • Define the key categories promotion strategy including trade offer, incentive, rebate and so on.
  • Define the main and mini BTS promotion policy.
  • Regular Promotion plan for traditional customer and modern trade account.
  • New product promotion strategy.
  • Manage the promotion budget and report to Dubai Office on monthly basis.

Marketing:

  • Discuss with distributor to finalize the annual marketing plan and budget and follow on the execution.
  • Working closely with distributor to arranging the events ( brand launch, new product launch and promotion event)
  • Finalize the visibility plan for MT and traditional market and follow on the execution.
  • Arranging effective marketing activities for B2B channels.
  • Outdoor and indoor branding and advertisement in terms of designing, production.
  • Quarterly POSM forecast as per marketing activities
  • Customized POSM Development

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in a relevant industry preferable stationery, toys, household goods, fast-moving consumer-goods (FMCG)
  • Analytical - ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Strong knowledge of trade channels
  • Category Management Skills
  • Experience analyzing and identifying trends to plan against results
  • Prior experience with complex project management tasks
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Able to speak English language (at least basic level)
  • Preferably with experience working with other stationery companies in Egypt
