Job Description
- Be able to craft, envisage and maintain the brand identity – craft marcom plans and schemes
- Supervise Communication designs
- Copyrighting presentation, Adverts, Reports, briefs
- Explore possible market opportunities and monitor competitive landscape
- Plans & Manages the operational milestones of the annual marcom campaign
- Prepares early drafts of plans, speeches and presentations.
- Prepare Competitive Market Research
- Follow-up the operations, designs and production
- Co-handles communication with External Agencies
- Co crafts marcom plans and strategies
- Co Creating and translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Prepare Reports, PPTs & Briefs
- Creating and Managing the MARCOM Budget
- Other duties reasonably relating to this position.
Job Requirements
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Marketing/Branding preferably Real Estate or Construction field.
- Max Age 30
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Multi – tasking skills
- High communication talent
- Agile, resourceful and creative.
- Excellent understanding of the full Marketing mix
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in English language verbal and written
- Strong research and analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
