Job Description
- Develop curriculum plans which ensure that each child is working towards desirable learning outcomes & monitor the effectiveness of the preschool curriculum using the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum & "The Leader In Me" guidelines.
- Coach the teachers on the curriculum, positive reinforcement techniques & classroom management techniques to provide a high quality of teaching, ensuring that staff are properly deployed and offer appropriate stimulation and support to the children/learners.
- Supervise the rigorous implementation of the daily program of preschool activities and events.
- Directly manage, mentor and work alongside a team of teachers, admissions coordinators, HR supervisor, and facility management coordinator & support staff.
- Develop systems to ensure that the preschool is a safe environment for children, staff and others, that equipment is safe, standards of hygiene are high, and that safety procedures are implemented at all times.
- Monitor instructional areas to ensure that the facilities that support instruction are attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean, and safe, with proper attention to the visual, acoustic, and thermal environments.
- Proactively remove barriers to ensure Leap continues to offer high standards of service. Deal promptly with conflict and incidents in line with established policy.
- Track and report agreed KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Provide corrective action plans accordingly & ensure implementation.
- Develops admissions organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Establishes admissions operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Manage all areas of enrollment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in the education field.
- Minimum Experience: 6 years in a similar field.
- Job specific Skills: teaching fundamentals, classroom management & behavior modification.
- Generic Skills: Strong command of English Language.
