Job Description
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with customer’s users and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with customers.
- Provide regular, formal value-oriented reviews of contract achievements and status.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders on the performance of business/projects.
- Monitor and track the profitability of delivering the projects in line with company business KPIs.
- Identify incremental opportunities to assist the customer in achieving its business objectives.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing project P&L; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field’s experience.
- 2-4 years years’ experience in similar position.
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge & experience of Oracle Technologies and Cloud.
- Working knowledge & experience of Informatica, Big data is a plus
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Ability to travel (50-75%)
