Job Title: Senior Production Engineer
Job Description:
- Production planning/scheduling for manufacturing
- Handle day-to-day production issues
- Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team
- Communicate closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
- Lead, train and guide the production team
- Fulfilling ISO/TS 16949 & ISO9001 requirements in the production department
- Develop, implement, manage & fulfil key performance indicators (KPIs) including: OEE, On-Time Delivery, Manufacturing Cycle Time, Yield, Capacity Utilization, Energy Cost & others.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering & materials science EMS)
- GPA or overall grade equivalent to Very Good is a must - extra attention is given to top ranked candidates.
- Experience in a production engineer post or similar is a plus
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Proficient with engineering software, ie: AutoCAD, ProE, Solid Works etc..
- Proficient with Microsoft products: ie: excel, power point
- Self-motivated-fast learner-team oriented
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 & ISO9001 requirements is a plus
