Job Description

Job purpose:

  • Increasing company sales.
  • Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.

Job Duties:

  • Calling customers by using company data
  • Representing company.
  • Selling the company accounts
  • Take customers requests .
  • Confirm customers requests
  • Offer to the customers the company benefits
  • Reconnecting customers.
  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information about customers needs on reservation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Explain different product features on membership cards Loyalty program.
  • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
  • Meets targets.

Job Requirements

  • Sales Experience (2-3) years
  • Age not exceeds 30 years
  • Preferred Telesales experience
  • Preferred experience in dealing with Gulf area customers
  • Preferred Telesales online booking engine experience
  • Preferred good knowledge of the destination all over the world
  • Preferred females
  • Good communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Self-confidence
