Job Description
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the market & user problems and how to resolve them.
- Create and maintain the product backlog through prioritizing and sequencing its elements according to business need, value, or ROI.
- Manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to boost rankings on all major search engine networks.
- Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every release or sprint and keep an eye on their progress for any required iteration.
- Set the sprint goals and follow up the progress with the technical team.
- Understand customer needs and competitors’ advantages and make recommendations for the management.
- Break down features, themes, and logic into components small enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and top management to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle.
- Participate in the daily updates meetings as well as sprint planning meetings.
- Communicate product status, both internally and externally.
- Ensure that implemented product features add value to end-users and increase the company's returns.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- SEO solid experience is a must.
- Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Incorta.., etc.
- Experience with using project management tools like Jira, Zoho.., etc.
- Excellent command of English language / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic) to interact with business and technical stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Preferred to have experience in Google Admanager & Adsense.
- Growth hacking background.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Outstanding project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
