Job Description
The Sales Engineer is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers.
Main job responsibilities:
- Market survey
- Establishing new sales channels
- Attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Administering client accounts
- Coordinating sales projects
- Understanding customers’ needs and solution requirements
- Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Preparing reports for head office
- Organizing sales pipeline
- Meeting regular sales targets
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in the renewable energy industry
- Fluent Arabic/English.
- Excellent computer presentation skills.
