Job Description

  • Handling customer's complaints & inquiries and sell Orange products & services.
  • Welcome customers to the customer center.
  • Handle customer's complaints and inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Sell Orange products & services and ensure proper collection for required documents.
  • Sell value added services to customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to solve customers' complaints.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • University graduate.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduate up to 3 year of experience in direct shops or service industry.
  • Experience in handling customers.
