Job Description
- Handling customer's complaints & inquiries and sell Orange products & services.
- Welcome customers to the customer center.
- Handle customer's complaints and inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.

- Sell value added services to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customers' complaints.
Job Requirements
Education:
- University graduate.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate up to 3 year of experience in direct shops or service industry.
- Experience in handling customers.
