About the Job
  • Help in designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires
  • Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
  • Develop, train and manage Satisfaction survey teams
  • Prepare budgets for projects assigned by the HOD
  • Supervising the survey team
  • Monitoring work progress by laying out effective daily targets in accordance to work load and timelines
  • Writing reports, including client recommendations and suggestions
  • Analyzing, translating and presenting results to your immediate leader
  • Archiving reports for future reference
  • Work closely with the management to implement strategies with the team
  • Assist in Market insight and other research contents related to market Insight or Consumer Insight
  • Assist in investigating market activity by conducting product mapping
  • Evaluating past performance of a product or service's through time to time Satisfaction survey projects
  • Prepare and assign Individual consumer list to the Satisfaction Survey team
  • Monitoring and evaluating individual daily targets of the satisfaction survey team by addressing discrepancies on a timely basis to ensure the projects runs smoothly and timelines are up to date.
  • Meets regularly and concisely communicate with the Satisfaction Survey and Special projects team leader(s) to lay down project guidelines and schedules
  • You will be required to travel from time to time, when there is no consumer surveys, for other out of town responsibilities (OMI – Outside Market Insight)
  • Analyze competitor activities and conduct OMI according to the directive of the HOD in any assigned regions within the country
Job Requirements

Qualification Required:

Education :

  • University degree in market research / marketing / business / Information Technology/ Management / statistics / economics / sociology / psychology or related fields.
  • Basic Statistical analysis Knowledge
  • Proficient (written/spoken) English


Added Advantage:

  • Working experience in market/customer insight/survey fields.
  • Market research experience specifically in mobile phone market research.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Ability to understand and interpret a questionnaire.
  • Test and evaluate questionnaire objective and relevance of each question, communicate on redundancies, conduct and supervise fieldwork independently and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good analytical skills and numerate.
  • Excellent hands on computer skills.
  • Good presentation and communication skills; MUST be familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word.
  • Basic knowledge of statistic software is preferred, e.g. SPSS.
