Job Description
- Develops overall strategic marketing plan and programs, both short and long term, to ensure the profit, growth, and expansion of company products and services.
- Defines market needs, target new markets & penetrate through competitive strategy and advantages for customer.
- Performs market, consumer, and product line research to ensure practical product offering.
- Identifies gaps in products and services (customer needs) and work to drive solutions among the sales and marketing team and/or other departments as needed.
- Recruits, hires and evaluates marketing team members.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the sales plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study.
- From 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing and demand generation
- Experience building and executing global B2B and B2C marketing strategies and programs
- Ambitious and has the ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
- Master’s degree or MBA is an asset
