Job Description
- Manage the daily calendar for the manager & coordinate scheduled appointments.
- Responsible for all the administrative & secretarial work and all secretarial duties including: typing, sending and receiving faxes, e-mails, & searching the Internet.
- Keeping & maintaining files & records.
- Answering phone calls. Assist in arranging meetings.
- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.
- Plans and coordinates arrangements for professional conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of business principles.
- Excellent computer skills.
- (Excellent Knowledge of MS Office).
