Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Payroll & Personnel:

  • Calculates and manages all payroll activities.
  • Checks all employees’ time sheets for payroll calculation.
  • Archives the records of attendance sheets for Company staff.
  • Coordinates Labor relations with official bodies.

Workforce Planning and Recruitment:

  • Assist in implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
  • Assist in Interviewing applicants
  • Administering per-employment tests
  • Assisting with completing background investigations
  • Doing orientation for new comers
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations

HR Training and Development:

  • Assist in Conducting training sessions
  • Administering on-the-job training programs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs

OD:

  • Writing job descriptions
  • Performing job evaluations and job analyses

Employee and Labor Relations:

  • Assisting with processing employee grievances
  • Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of the property.
  • Encourage and motivate employees to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions and provide input on possible improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Language: Excellent Command of English is a must.
  • Preferably lives in the following neighborhoods: Masr El- Gedida, Sheraton, Nasr City, Obour or Rehab.
  • Age not exceed 28
