- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Requirements
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a Human Resource Generalist or Specialist
- Experience as a HR Business Partner or external consulting experience capacity, influencing and driving change through partnering with organization leaders is required.
- Experience working with Executive and Senior Management is required.
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation plans
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources to create reports
- Bachelor degree or higher
