Job Description
- A Cisco contact center engineer is an engineer that typically installs, or supports Cisco contact center solutions.
- Typically they would work in installation teams (sometimes called project teams) support teams.
- While the daily activities in the projects or support teams might be different, one is focused on installation activities and the other is focused on support activities however they both require the same technical skill set.
- The Cisco Contact Center Engineer sometime is referred
- IP Contact Center (IPCC) Engineer / Administrator / Consultant
- Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Engineer / Administrator / Consultant
- Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) / IVR Engineer / Developer
- Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Engineer / Administrator / Consultant
Job Requirements
Education background:
- Computer Engineering is preferred or BSc. Computer Science.
- CCNP certificate is a plus.
Technical skills:
- Experienced in Cisco Voice products.
- Knowledge of IP Telephony is a plus.
- Experienced in OS (Windows Linux installation and Administration)
- Knowledge in Routing and Switching is a plus.
Experience (length & type/exposure):
- 1-3 years of experience.
