Job Description
Functional Skills
- Ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Understanding of the Local Domestic and Gulf Markets. Relevant and essential experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and/or closing some large deals in various sectors.
- Possess personal contacts in the target market segment.
- Ability to acquire and manage a large number of contacts.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to craft and sell solutions on basis of uncovered business needs.
- Ability to open doors, build connections and relationships/engagement across levels and functions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of total experience in Sales & BD Operations..
- Working knowledge of commercial issues & clauses with implications.
- Knowledge/domain expertise as well as a deep understanding of drivers of success in relevant industry verticals.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Graduate Degree, bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
