Job Description

  • Follow the texts and protocol for calls. 
  • Determining customer needs, clarifying information, and providing available solutions or alternatives. 
  • Telephone communication with suppliers to follow up on the movement of goods Coordination with the accounts and inventory department before executing any sales process Providing marketing offers for the company's products and services when providing an opportunity to do so.
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers by obtaining additional data such as (email, or another phone number) 
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable manner Attending educational training on an ongoing basis to improve the level of service and performance. 
  • Follow-up procedures to achieve the objectives of the customer service department.
