Job Description

  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Handle and support Payroll monthly cycle and related issues.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Responsible for all personnel activities 
  • Responsible for private medical insurance for all employees and any related medical issues.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very Good User with Microsoft office mainly, Excel.
  • HR training or experience is most welcomed.
  • Fresh grades are welcomed too.
