Job Description

  • Develop and apply a High-Performance Evaluation System
  • Develop KPIs for the new jobs
  • Review the current KPIs, and its effectiveness and relativeness
  • Reporting the outcomes of the performance review process that is documented between the manager and the employee.
  • Implement the periodic appraisals (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) and follow-up with the department managers to finalize their subordinates’ appraisals
  • Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
  • Managing a dialogue that includes performance feedback measured against clear and specific goals and expectations established at the outset of the performance management cycle.
  • Analyze the appraisals and recommend valid solutions for any performance issues
  • Review the progress of achieving departments’ objectives in coordination with the department managers
  • Integrate performance management principles within the department including : strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, project and management.
  • Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
  • Creating organizational charts and headcount reports on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • HR Certificate / Diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Patience and able to deal with all types of personalities.
