Job Description
Responsible for all cross boarder (Export/ import) logistics operations.
- Export:
- The first interface and contact with all our Export customers.
- Responsible for all Export KPIs (Delivery on time, Documentation on time...etc.)
- Receiving all export orders and process them into the system.
- Receiving all export forecast.
- Communicate and align export volume with all plant departments.
- Align with planning & purchasing on all the needed materials for export orders.
- Preparing all export documentation (packing list, COO, invoices…etc.)
- Owner of delivering any promotion activities for export markets.
- Owner of any quality complaint from export markets.
- Responsible for shipping any samples or spare parts.
- Leading & managing shipping lines, courier agents & customs broker.
- Executing all export invoicing.
- Responsible for handling all clearing & trucking financials.
- Align with warehouse operations on orders loading.

Import:
- Responsible for delivering all plant imports on time.
- Review and own all import documentation to be done accurately from supplier’s side.
- Responsible for handle all imports clearance with brokers.
- Handle import documentation process with broker & finance as well.
- Plan imports delivery based on planning requested dates.
- Insure that all imported quantities, values & pricing matched its purchase order.
- Responsible for import process of needed samples or spare parts.
- Choose best shipping and transportation options from suppliers.
- Giving visibility warehouse on all coming orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years work experience in the logistic sector..
- Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
- Flexible and multitasking.
- Goal Oriented Self Starter.
- Excellent Communicator.
