Job Description
Office Management:
- Manage daily office operations by welcoming guests, and attending to their inquiries and requests in a professional and active manner within a convenient time-fashion.
- Manage the office shared-calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments, sending reminders, memoirs and agendas.
- Provide assistance to members of the team as indicated by business needs.
- Attend meetings, dictate meeting minutes, prepare action plans and maintain an organized record.
Correspondence:
- Be responsible for official company correspondence with potential stakeholders, current and potential clients as well.
- Be responsible for internal communication.
Documentation:
- Receive incoming documents, file and archive.
- Maintain an organized and accurate record of documents (actual and electronic).
- Prepare, create and store reports.
- Prepare any company documents as needed.
Sales & Business Development
- Respond to customer inquiries with offers
- Work on the development of customer base according to the need of the company
- Follow up with previous clients from time to time
- Support Marketing & Sales Director with any proposals and presentations required for client meetings
- Maintain database of current and potential clients for our Media Platform
Job Requirements
- University graduate with a BA in Business Administration/International Business/Mass Communication or any other related field.
- A post-graduate candidate would be an asset.
- Previous professional experience in the Administration field, preferably at an advertising agency.
- English and Arabic fluency
- Rigorous and excellent skills in proofreading, copy writing and interpersonal communication.
- Interpersonal competencies: integrity, commitment, detail-oriented, problem solving, self-motivated and achiever attitude.
