Job Description
- Carries responsibility for meeting and exceeding the monthly sales target
- Carries responsibility for the daily work plan (sales objectives, updating customer cards, etc)
- Engages with customers and attempts to identify multiple needs aiming to enhance sales
- Develop performance and supervision of the team working in the branch
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 7-10 years of Experience in retail and branches sales prefer the cook ware And plastic products field
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Etc..)
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
