Job Description
Job purpose:
- Assist customers with the planning and booking aspect of their vacation or stay , support customers in person, on the phone, online or a combination of these & answer customers’ questions, make travel suggestions and book rooms and tickets.
Duties, Responsibilities & Tasks
- Taking and inputting reservations
- Provide Customer Service.
- Offer more services to the customers
- Negotiating rates in hotels
- Follow up customers request.
- Review bending requests.
- Encourage customers to be loyal to the company .
- Reconnect customers .
Job Requirements
Job Specifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Reservation experience (1-3)years.
- Age not exceeds (32 years old)
- Very good knowledge of the Destinations all over the world & Hotels
- Preferred experience working in Tourism field (Tourism companies- Hotels-Airlines-online booking engines )
- Very good English .
- Very good computer skills
- Very good communication skills.
- Negotiation skills
