About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Monitor and track projects progress activates, set plan priorities and ensure adherence to the system.
  • Plan and manage the construction activities in project with coordination with project managers.
  • Review and approve reports submitted by the projects for the construction activities
  • Produce and consolidate to forecast reports by projects managers and submit them to the top managements to step over projects statues in managed area periodically, and/or at any stage/time required.
  • Oversee projects schedule ensure logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines, review projects requirements and ensure to deploy them to construction sites at managed projects/area.
  • Follow and review projects to ensure compliance with client requirements, building specifications, safety codes, and other regulations are implemented.
  • Participate in contracts preparation, negotiates, revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate with the concerned members in developing proper management for company resources and review requests submitted from projects
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained, direct and supervise project managers to determine appropriate construction methods.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control programs, take actions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction site for managed projects/area.
  • Confer with project managers, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out and managed projects to meet with deadlines.
  • Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans budget and force deployment to managed projects/area.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant Major
  • Excellent Command in English Language
  • Experience in similar role is essential. With Min. of 15 years in Engineering/Construction industries.
  • Demonstrated appropriate skills with Software, MS Office Suite in order to create well-structured documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and other documents.
  • Demonstrate leadership that challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully, with ability to resolves and/or escalates issues timely.
  • Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence, while identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
