Job Description
Main Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to our medical center
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and sort daily mails
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
Job Requirements
- Must be Maadi/ Fifth Settlement / Nasr City/ Ard El-Golf / Mohandessin residents
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English & MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication skills and Customer Oriented
