Job Description
Department: Quality Control.
Line Manager: Senior Software Tester.
Job Aim: To perform software tests to ensure quality.
Responsibilities:
- Examine existing websites and business models.
- Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects.
- Work to satisfy customer concerns quickly and completely.
- Understand client/ user issues and recommend solutions
- Working with software developers and project support teams
- Train customers for delivery.
- Identifying business requirements
- Working on multiple projects at one time
- Testing in different environments including web and mobile
- Project Planning
- Prepare SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) documents.
- Functional Testing
- Reviewing Documentation
- Analyze project’s requirements.
- Writing bug reports
- Report test results to project manager.
- Allocate and assign tasks for quality resources in coordination with Project Manager.
