Job Description
- Meeting clients to understand their advertising strategy and building up a picture about their target audience
- Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.
- Advising the creative team and clients about the most effective media combination
- Obtaining the best advertising rates that fit with the agreed media strategy
- Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
- Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation.
- Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall Marketing and Communications plan.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Handle media buying campaigns from A to Z on different platforms starting from planning, targeting, set KPIS & spending till generating reports.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Evaluating new digital technologies and using Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
- Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LINKEDIN.
- Working with sales account management team to acquire client assets and coordinate campaign launches.
- Communication with external teams when necessary, including client or agency teams, social vendors, and partners.
- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.
- Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake.
Job Requirements
- Excellent understanding of online media planning
- Understands how digital fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy
- Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools (Nielsen Net Ratings, Double Click)
- Ability to work with modest media budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ years of Media planning experience at a digital marketing agency.
- Strong mathematical abilities required.
- Experience using DoubleClick, ComScore, Nielsen Net Ratings, Google Analytics, and other media tools.
- Strong writing, presentation, and strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
