Job Description
- Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and revenue. Establishing sales targets, training on products, services, sales performance, follow up on sales opportunities and converting them. Introduce a recognition and rewards program based on targets and achievements.
- Oversee management of cars contracts, limousine and chauffeur services. Ensuring service levels are adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide logistical solutions to all project based services such as short term transportation services for events and corporate entities.
- Customer Service: Work with the team to ensure that one continuously exceeds customer expectations at all times. Liaise directly with the call center team to establish business opportunities with new or existing customers.
- Staff training and development: Train, mentor and develop skills with team members. Set KPI'S for the team in line with the business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results.
- Support all marketing initiatives that are targeted to improve sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years experience managing large fleet operations &/or Drivers
- Experienced in operations cost control
- Familiar with computerized dispatching systems
- Experience in planning /scheduling
- Familiar with budget developing
And who also possesses the below skills:
- Assertive personality, work under pressure, team leader, dynamic, high communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Excellent computer skills
- Preference for those with FMCG, Hospitality, Oil & Gas or limousine background
- Age bracket between 35 -45 years.
