Job Description
- Manage inventory
- Record and follow all Inventory movement - out/in .
- Enter transaction of inventory movement in a computer system
- responsible for issuing purchasing orders to the supplies , following till receive the goods .
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete
- responsible for issuing Delivery Note to the customers , following till deliver the goods .
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records
- responsible for preparing Monthly Reports for Inventory ex. (Ending inventory balance, physical count, requested goods)
- Other related tasks assigned to him by the Financial Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce /Accounting At least 1-4 years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
- suitable background experience in inventory management
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Have a detailed understanding of inventory control/management systems
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
