Job Description
- Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system
- Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve problems
- Coordinate installation of software system
- Manage all support team.
- Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards
- Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines
- Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.
- Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions within the department.
- Ability to listen to his team members and communicate instructions effectively.

- Setting clear Support team goals
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.

- Analyze information to determine any modification required for an existing system.
- Responsible for installation of any software system.
- Above tasks could be altered or amended according to business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of computer science or any equivalent bachelor
- ITIL foundation v3 or later.
- Project Management is preferred.
- MCITP (Server administrator 2008) or MSCE Win 2012 or later.
- MCITP (Enterprise Messaging Administrator Exchange 2007) or later version (2010 or 2013)
