Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Area Sales Manager to manage a dynamic sales team in Cairo to plan and direct field sales representatives to exceed customer expectations.
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales revenue generation, develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals within a defined geographic region, lead, coach, support, and develop your field sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, plan, and drive performance targets for a field sales team
- Plan, manage and invest in customer relationship
- Take an active role in the support, development, and coaching of field sales team
- Support and facilitate sales skills/process training relevant to the field sales channel
- Direct involvement with department staffing, discipline, reviews, training and leadership
- Assist field sales representatives in securing critical sales.
Job Requirements
Skills / Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field
- Broad understanding of the last mile delivery industry and deep knowledge on e-commerce and startups.
- The right candidate needs to be able to cope with the fast moving environment of a start up
- Self-disciplined with strong leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Superior leadership skills to plan, manage, train, support, guide, and drive performance KPIs of a sales team to success
- Creativity in developing innovative solutions and ability to present solutions to clients & internal sales and operations staff
- Excellent systems knowledge to include Microsoft Word, Google apps and excel
- Ability to travel to assigned territories as needed
