Job Scope:
- Receive requests from customers/agents by mails/phone calls
- Collect rates from airlines and shipping lines
- Arrange booking with shipping/air lines
- Arrange trucks with truckers
- Follow up with customers
- Prepare invoices to financial department
- Arrange weekly report about the business
Job Conditions:
- One day off (Friday)
Job Requirements
- Experience at least 2 years at export department in Logistics and transportation sector
- Perfect English (writing/speaking)
- Good skills in computer (office programs)
- Ability to work in team
