Job Description
Executive Sky Egypt is looking for a Full-Time HR Specialist to perform the basic functions of the HR department, to handle a variety of personnel related administrative. Playing an instrumental role in many HR functions and leading the stuff for various projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling areas such as personnel management and HR administrative duties.
- To act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
- Perform HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.
- Following our training sessions, assisting in the recruitment cycle such as onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.
- Handling our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes.
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to hire and maintain our employees
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ year in HR management field.
- HR Specialist should have at least a bachelor's degree/ certified diploma generally among business administration, human resources, communications and management.
- Excellent English skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
