- Will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining technical content to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Writing technical articles, Products' user manual ,Knowledge base for technical support.
- Manage product blog content and user guide.
- Work with technical team, developers, System administrators to produce accurate content for End-users.
- Create, Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Collaborate with design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Create and publish engaging content
- Manage and create social media posts.
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Must, BSc degree in Communication Engineering, Computer science or relevant field
- Familiarity with social media
- Native English language and Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasks
- Good organizational and time-management skills
