Job Description
- Issuing of Site Instructions and VO after getting approval from technical and financial department, the collecting signatures of both parties.
- Attending weekly meetings with Contractors and preparing of MOM, collecting signatures of all parties.
- Review on a monthly basis the company’s contracts, in order to identify the contracts due for renewal.
- Assist in the identification of problems and act as per HOD instruction.
- Prepare contract renewal requests and notify the relevant department, ensuring that the request is justified and accepted.
- Review vendors’ claim notices in order to evaluate the claim against contract clauses.
- Prepare preliminary evaluation report with regards to vendors’ claims, ensuring the claim is justified; In case the claim is not justified, prepare a justification report, ensuring that the vendor is notified and withdraws from the specific claim.
- Maintain accurate records of all relevant communications and files documenting contract performance like “Site Instruction, VO and MOM etc...” and compliance, ensuring they are in alignment with the document control activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment.
- Must be able to manage budgets and avoid delay costs.

- Able to communicate with vendors, technical resources, and internal clients.
