Job Description
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Traveling to visit potential clients and project site
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Calculating client quotations
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Preparing reports for head office

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in the field of Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.
- Good / Very good in English is a must.
- A solid technical background
