Review Requirements and understand design of the system to be implemented
Design, write and review test cases and test scripts
Execute assigned test cases and cross test on other stories
Log issues and tracks them until closure
Reporting of the testing status to the SM/quality manager
Communicates with the scrum masters to discuss issues and schedule
Communicates with the Test manager of team performance and technical evaluation
Assign tasks for quality resources in coordination with scrum masters
Consolidate team member’s activity and follow up on tasks and assignments
Define test cases execution priorities In coordination with SM(s)
Facilitate team member’s issues and support team spirit
Review and approve estimation of the testing efforts
Develop and Review the testing strategy & test planning
Follow up on tasks status to improve delivery timelines
Ensure conformance of testing processes within the scrum(s)
Follow up and ensure that all testing documentations are updated
Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems
Triggers the measurement and effectiveness of testing per scrum(s)
Lead team for building the test framework
Lead the team for Implementing standards and guideline for quality unit
Lead/execute system, performance, Automation testing
Work with Test manager to define and implement the Large Scale product test Management Activities by needed and valuable FB/Documents/Actions
Conduct interviews for quality unit
Lead different teams in multiple scrums

Solid understanding of software development & testing process
Strong Experience in working with a test management tools
Strong Experience in test design
Strong Experience in software testing types & techniques
Strong Experience in SQL Scripting
Strong Experience in planning-Monitor-Control and test strategy techniques
Strong understanding in all of the following :
- Automation
- Performance
- Security
Proven experience in in at least two of the following :
- Automation
- Performance
- Security
Strong test reporting
