Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Assist on development of the Projects.
  • Follow up that company intents and requirement are satisfied by the develop (Projects).
  • Revise develop, specifications, BOQ,…etc.
  • Communicate with suppliers, prepare Approved suppliers vendor list.
  • Responsible for technical evaluation in purchasing phase.
  • Prepare technical comparison sheets between Different suppliers.
  • Follow-up with maintenance team during project delivery phase to maintenance team and finalize project acceptance.
  • Locate suppliers for possible partnership.
  • Assist on the design for tenant areas upon Request.
  • Prepare tenant bidding package.
  • Assists in sub-contractors allocation.
  • Follow-up on work progress to satisfy tenants requirements and responsible on Handover to tenants.
  • In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

Job Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in maintenance
