Job Description
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain Company social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search).
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
- Generate marketing qualified leads.
- Develop a brand presence through digital channels.
- Plan and execute an effective social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
- Manage the SEO on all online channels.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging audience identification.
- Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in social media & digital marketing.
- Must have strong knowledge of building an online community.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns
- Design skills in order to manage images, template layouts, etc
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
