Job Description
- Deploying and configuring the system based on the clients’ needs.
- Assisting end users in importing their backlog.
- Providing remote support (via email or phone) for our clients during their support period.
- Tracking incidents and defects reported by clients and communicating them effectively to the development team while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent (Accounting major is preferred)
- 2 - 3 Years’ experience.
- You have been an application consultant for any other ERP (GP, Axapta, Oracle, etc…) before.
- You have good understanding of accounting operations (Receivable, Payable, Trial Balance, Asset Depreciation, etc…).
- You have technical administrative back ground in operating systems (Windows Server 2008 or above) and SQL Server Databases (SQL Server 2008 or above).
- You're great at troubleshooting, and you have awesome analysis and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
