Job Description
- We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Assistant for our office in Mohandiseen. Working for a top international executive search and senior recruitment firm, you will be exposed to the recruitment side of the business including all adminstrative work related to the business. You will gain an understanding of staffing and recruitment for the C-Level and top management positions.
Your responsibilities will include
- Answering the phone assiting candidates and clients
- updating the website with our latest vacancies
- handling the facebook and social media page
- Updating vacancies through job boards etc.
- Organizing staff documents for meetings etc.
- Assisting consultants with updating candidates Cv's
- updating the client list
- coordination and scheduling of interviews
Job Requirements
- Candidates living in Giza area are preffered but not a must with 0-1 year of admin expereicne
- Very good - Fluent English is essential
