Job Description
- Responsible for handling all Administrative & Clerical work efficiently.
- Responsible for filing, organizing and assisting the CEO Office Manager in maintaining a tidy and updated meetings' calender.
- Assisting Office Manager in making phone calls, follow up and coordination of board meetings and events.
- Drafting letters, memos, faxes and emails.
- Handling calls and digital messages.
