Location: Cairo
Job description
Role purpose:
- Providing Operation support for all the Cognitive Solution on the application level and accountable for the production environment Key accountabilities and decision ownership Maintain & Troubleshoot Amelia Platform Infrastructure and application issues reported.
- Performing Daily checks for Whole system in Amelia Application and Database Layer.
- Handle ON call and Operation management activities in daily basis.
- Do proper configuration changes required in Amelia Platform in Application & database layer when needed.
- Responsible for Problem RCA and investigation for performance issues reported in Amelia and apply required fixes and preventive measures.
- Deployment of any new Amelia releases & Sub releases in production and pre-production environment.
- Monitor Amelia performance and Availability in Daily basis and perform all required action to improve daily handling rate of Amelia.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Fulfill any demand or changes required for current Amelia deployed EPICs Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience Graduation degree in technology Working in international, distributed teams Should have
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understands business requirements
- Drives improvements and process innovation
- Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Very good UNIX/Linux administration Very good Experience in IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy,LDAP) and connectivity techniques
- Very strong knowledge in apache Configuration.
- Very Good Knowledge in Persona DB MySQL Administration and SQL Development.
- Very good experience in networks (Firewall, routing)
- Good experience with Middleware (Jboss, tomcat, RabbitMQ)
- Strong Bash scripting skills & Python.
- Development skills ITIL Foundation
