About the Job
  • Customer Support Agents are responsible for monitoring the performance of cloud systems and providing tier 1 application support for a U.S based website.
  • They should be e-mailing and messaging website users and escalating any technical issues they might have to assure all bugs are being reported and assuring users a pleasant user experience.
  • Team shall be providing 7x24x365 support of a global application operation.
  • The position is based in Cairo, with a U.S start-up company that is starting operating locally in Egypt.
Job Requirements
  • No previous experience required only excellent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Successful candidates should be willing to start their career in a challenging websites industry and have the patience and passion required to support users remotely and assure their satisfaction.
  • Priority of hiring goes to 6th of October residents (and around) as our office shall be located within this area.
