Job Description
- Organizing the time of the employees in the Maintenance Department and issuing instructions and instructions and assigning tasks to them.
- Supervision and work on the maintenance and repair of machinery and machinery.
- Supervising the installation of panels and the treatment of electrical problems.
- Work to address the problems that arise on customers.
- Supervision and work on installation and maintenance.
- Identification of the requirements of the materials and equipment required for maintenance department and its request from the Procurement Department.
- Identification of human resource requirements for work in the section.
- Participate in the selection of the staff of the department and identify the requirements of the training required for them and make recommendations accordingly.
- Work on the application of quality procedures in place in the company.
- Work on documenting maintenance operations and opening a special file for each machine separately to know its cost.
- Ensure the safety and health conditions of all workers in hazardous work.
- Participate in decision making regarding maintenance department.
- Submit periodic and annual reports on the achievements, problems and failures of senior management.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical, Electrical or electro-mechanical engineering BS
- At least 5 years of experience in machine maintenance
- Courses in the use of PLC
- English is V.good.
