Job Description
- Involved in selecting the collection to be sold in the local market this include number of pieces per product, design, and any amendments to be made to suit the local market (shape, size, colors).
- Help convey brand image and values to store clerks and supervisors
- Assist in store management at launch phase by being physically present when need be to control the customer shopping experience
- Promote the brand values
- Utilize previous knowledge in retail fashion to assist the operation including the adoption of industry matrices and norms to minimize risk.
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and use market strategies
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to tactile the right segment.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in applied art or business Administration
- 5 to 7 years of experience in textile industry
- MBA is preferable
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Interpersonal skills is needed
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
