Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated LEADER to join our team. This position requires experienced Operations Leader that has a nothing-is-impossible attitude with strong people skills and ability to develop a strong team. In addition to driving improvements to our processes, you will work with the management and operations team on the day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team in the day-to-day work
- Provide daily communication with our customers and operations team
- Plan, organize and manage the operational team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with our goals and directives
- Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs.
- Address issues that need to be corrected as well as recognizing good performance.
- Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning

- High Entrepreneurial skills
- 3+ supervisory or management experience
- 4+ years operations experience
- Must be able to effectively lead a team
- Ability to develop and share best practices across the operations team
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
- Ability to work overtime in the pressure days
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
- Lean and Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
